The Communications Manager serves as a strategic communications partner. This role develops and executes internal communications, executive messaging, employee engagement campaigns, and leadership communications while partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for planning, writing and producing communications that engage TransUnion’s associates, strengthening connection to our brand, celebrating our successes and ensuring awareness of functional priorities and important TransUnion growth and performance news.
Developing high-impact executive communications, partnering closely with functional leaders to define and elevate their voice across internal and external channels. These deliverables could include talking points, emails, LinkedIn content, video scripts and more.

Equipped with that information, you’ll develop communication plans and associated deliverables, including leadership communications, intranet articles, presentations and other materials. Along the way, you’ll track key performance metrics, listen to feedback from our leaders and associates, and adjust our plans as needed.
You’ll lead conversations with our business partners to understand their business objectives, then develop, articulate and execute the strategies that deliver the mutually determined outcomes. A consulting mindset and leadership presence are critical.
