Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications Assistant to support customer outreach, promotional communication, and relationship-building initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with customer outreach and communication initiatives. Engage with customers and prospective customers in person. Help identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities. Participate in community outreach and promotional events. Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship development. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Help prepare and organize communication and promotional materials. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
