Responsibilities Assist with customer outreach and communication initiatives. Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally. Answer questions and provide helpful information about company offerings. Help identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities. Participate in community outreach and promotional events. Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship development. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Help prepare and organize communication and promotional materials. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
