Local Property Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of their properties, working alongside a robust team of in-house engineers, construction managers, accounting professionals, and property services professionals to ensure the portfolio is well maintained and operating efficiently. Position Summary The Property Manager will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Inland Empire, consisting of retail, flex/industrial, and office properties. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include tenant relations, lease administration, vendor and contract oversight, property operations and maintenance, budgeting and expense management, oversight of tenant improvement and capital projects, and supervision of on-site maintenance personnel. The Property Manager will work closely with the leasing, accounting, engineering, and facilities teams to ensure the properties are well maintained, operating efficiently, and providing a high level of service to tenants.
