Commercial Program Manager   – Small Business   Energy Savings   Hybrid | Atlanta Metro preferred | Georgia   To support our growth, we are currently seeking an   experienced Program Manager   for our Utility Programs and Services (UPS) division to lead and grow ICF’s energy efficiency programs in Georgia. You will lead the development and management of our Small Business Energy Savings (SBES) program, build relationships with clients, mentor junior team members, design/implement program   strategies   and plans. This position will need to effectively   interface with   staff and clients locally in Georgia.    Why   you will love   working here:   Quality of life:   Flexible workplace arrangements, work-life balance, employee wellbeing programs   Investment of the community:   Donation matching, volunteer opportunities   Investment in you:  Education Reimbursement, Retirement Planning, 401k matching, Mentorship Programs, Free access to professional development resources such LinkedIn Learning   Any many, many more   *Ask your recruiter for more details!     What you will be doing:   Implement programs through detailed management plans, quality control, and evaluation processes   Supervise direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure success   Collaborate with cross-functional teams of technical and marketing specialists (internal staff and subcontractors) to meet program goals   Build and   maintain   strategic partnerships through in-person and virtual engagement   Assist   with program forecasts, budgets, and goals   Analyze market trends and technologies to enhance program performance   Coordinate with regional and national teams to align strategies and share best practices   Oversee daily operations of program staff   Drive adoption of energy-efficient technologies by   leveraging   market knowledge and stakeholder relationships   Track progress and report results internally and to the client   Travel locally within Georgia up to 30% for client meetings, and program events   What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):   Bachelor’s degree in Business , Environmental Science, Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or related discipline (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)    5+ years of experience developing designing and administering successful energy efficiency and demand reduction programs for utilities, state energy offices, state/local governments, and/or regional non-profits and/or related experience   Valid driver’s license   required   Must be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and drug screening.   What we would like you to have (preferred qualifications):   Experience with the energy efficiency market in Georgia   Knowledge of sustainable building practices and technologies    Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively    Previous   experience managing junior staff    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while   maintaining   multiple deadlines   Strong analytical, detailed problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities    Ability to take direction and work independently towards   final results   Flexibility and adaptability to respond to   new information , changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles   Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning to   identify   the strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions and approaches to problems   MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)    Compensation : Although the posted range below is broader, this position is anticipated to offer a base salary up to $127,500. Actual compensation may vary based on the candidate’s location, experience, and other relevant factors.
