Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or conflicting account and contact records to improve data quality and reduce friction for sales teams
Standardize account intelligence by helping team fill in required profile fields, prospect research, lead notes, following ownership rules, and supporting handoff expectations
Support lead prioritization frameworks, including scoring logic, segmentation, and reporting that helps Sales Executives and Directors focus on the highest-value opportunities
Generate recurring and ad hoc reporting on sales activity, KPIs, pipeline progress, lead conversion, and CRM compliance for leadership and team visibility
Maintain and organize internal documentation, including SOPs, process guides, CRM standards, FAQs, and training materials
Partner with Sales Executives, Directors, VPs, Marketing, and Sales Ops to improve process adoption, reporting accuracy, and scalable team workflows
Provide analytical, structured support that helps the commercial organization operate more efficiently, identify pipeline gaps, and scale repeatable best practices
