COMMERCIAL BANK OFFICER Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field is preferred Minimum of 5 years commercial lending experience and a proven track record of business development Ability to build a rapport with customers Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain commercial real estate and commercial/industrial loan portfolios Prospect and source lending opportunities Manage an active pipeline while maintaining an existing portfolio Effectively negotiate loan structuring and pricing of credit extensions Emphasize sound underwriting with proper loan documentation and compliance Deliver high quality credit presentations Guide customers through the loan application process and provide exceptional customer service
