We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Commercial Audit & Analytics Specialist to own and execute customer compliance audits end-to-end, from data analysis and transaction testing through evidence validation, findings, reporting, and follow-up. This individual contributor will review commercial transactions, analyze data, validate supporting documentation, investigate discrepancies and risk indicators, and develop clear, traceable audit findings and documentation. The role requires someone who can go beyond report validation, independently investigate exceptions, identify root causes, and drive assigned audits through completion. #LI-LATAM  Key Responsibilities Own and execute customer compliance audits, including transaction testing, data analysis, evidence validation, findings, and reporting. Analyze transactional data using Excel and reporting tools to identify discrepancies, anomalies, compliance gaps, and potential fraud indicators. Perform reconciliations across invoices, shipments, payments, inventory records, credits, and financial reports, investigating discrepancies and root causes. Prepare accurate, traceable, and review-ready audit working papers and supporting documentation. Lead customer and stakeholder interactions during onsite and remote audit activities. Investigate exceptions and control issues, communicate findings, and follow up on required actions. Utilize ERP systems and reporting tools to support audit analysis and compliance reviews. Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies, analytics, and reporting processes. Experience developing risk-based audit plans and audit testing strategies. Experience leading customer-facing audits from planning through remediation. Experience performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions. Ability to communicate findings to senior management and customer executives. Strong understanding of commercial programs, revenue recognition, pricing, rebates, inventory controls, and supply chain processes. Strong/Advanced Excel Skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools. High School Degree Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 CEFR). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python for data analysis. Experience working with large enterprise customers or complex transactional environments. Experience auditing manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or channel partners. Professional certification (CIA, CISA, CPA, CRMA, CFE). Experience in fraud investigations and forensic analytics. Experience driving audit methodology improvements and mentoring auditors. Knowledge of SOX, COSO, ICFR or ISO Standards and compliance frameworks.
