Comfort Care Provider - Per Diem

Job Details Qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent Nursing Student Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program preferred. BLS (Basic Life Support Certification) Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, one-on-one patient observation and support to promote safety, comfort, and quality care under RN supervision. Enhance the patient experience by assisting with mobility, transfers, transportation, comfort measures, and daily care needs. Partner with the interdisciplinary care team by communicating patient needs, recognizing changes in condition, and supporting individualized care plans. Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and efficient care environment through patient experience rounds, unit support, and additional responsibilities as needed. Schedule Commitment Flexible per diem schedule with a minimum commitment of two shifts every two weeks, with weekend and holiday rotations included. 12 hour shift availability strongly preferred. Posted Salary Range USD $25.73 - USD $25.73 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
