Collision Center Foreperson

The H-Team is looking for an experienced Collision Center Foreperson who’s ready to lead from the shop floor. In this role, you’ll help guide our collision technicians, keep production moving, and make sure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards. You’ll serve as a go-to resource for the team—helping troubleshoot challenging repairs, coaching technicians, coordinating training, and working closely with management to keep the shop running smoothly.
