Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Take and document vital signs Observe and report changes in resident conditions Assist with meal service and hydration Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate documentation and resident records Qualifications Current California CNA Certification Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and positive attitude Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute experience preferred, but not required New CNAs are encouraged to apply Who We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who genuinely care about others, bring a positive attitude to work, and are committed to providing exceptional resident care.
