In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with activities of daily living while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning Assist with feeding and hydration as needed Obtain and document vital signs Observe residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation of resident care Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Compassion for an underserved population Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, professional, and resident-focused What Makes You a Great Fit Compassionate caregiver with a heart for seniors Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and team-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about providing exceptional resident care Apply Today Join Patewood Post Acute and become part of a team that values your contributions, celebrates your successes, and supports your professional growth.
