Cloud Engineer (AWS)

Key Responsibilities Cloud Operations & Support Support and enhance AWS cloud platform operations. Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management activities. Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvement Ensure platform reliability, availability, and compliance. Infrastructure Automation Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Build automation solutions and operational tooling. Improve provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and governance capabilities through automation. Integrate cloud environment with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with client infrastructure, application and security teams. Participate in technical design workshops and architecture reviews. Support the creation of operational procedures, standards, and technical documentation. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
