This position offers… Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel Employee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition Licensure Supervision - complimentary for LMSW's, PLPC's, PLMFT's Additional income opportunities - for LPC's, LCSW's, & LMFT’s (provide supervision) Continuing Education - 3 days leave following your first year of employment Liability Coverage - Company paid Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive screenings, clinical assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to identify needs, determine eligibility, and recommend appropriate services Connect individuals with mental health, substance use, and community-based programs that align with their needs and treatment goals Develop provisional diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and individualized plans based on assessment findings Provide brief therapeutic interventions, safety planning, and crisis support when appropriate Coordinate referrals and follow-up services to promote timely access to care and a positive client experience Collaborate with clinical teams and service providers to reduce barriers, prevent missed connections, and support continuity of care Respond to urgent behavioral health needs through crisis assessment, intervention, and coordination of emergency services Document assessments, clinical decisions, referrals, and client interactions accurately and within required timeframes Participate in department meetings, clinical consultations, peer reviews, training, and quality improvement activities Present educational information in community settings to promote behavioral health awareness and access to services Support program evaluation, grant activities, data collection, and departmental service goals as needed Maintain ethical, professional, and compliant clinical practices in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: Possess a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Hold current Missouri licensure or provisional licensure as an LPC, PLPC, LCSW, LMSW, LP, PLP, PLMFT, or LMFT Demonstrate knowledge of behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, safety planning, and referral coordination Apply strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking skills, and evidence-based practices when evaluating client needs Maintain unrestricted licensure or provisional licensure applicable to the practice area and work location Additional Qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age Maintain a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance Communicate clearly and professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds, team members, referral sources, and community partners Exercise sound judgment, logical reasoning, and effective problem-solving during clinical decision-making Organize multiple assessments, referrals, documentation requirements, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Perform basic mathematical operations as needed to complete assigned responsibilities Protect client confidentiality while maintaining professional and ethical boundaries Physical Requirements Perform sedentary work involving prolonged sitting with occasional standing or walking Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects Use hands, fingers, and arms frequently for typing, writing, documentation, and computer work Maintain the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Help Create the First Connection to Care Every assessment is an opportunity to help someone feel heard, identify a path forward, and connect with the care they need.
