Clinical Coordinator RN

Overview Join the Loretto Health & Rehabilitation as a Clinical Coordinator, RN! Under the guidance of the Unit Nurse Manager, The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the clinical practice and care to residents in a Long Term Care and Short Term Rehab setting. This role is a liaison between residents, families, medical providers and Loretto employees. Conducts patient assessments, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of nursing care delivered to the residents.
