Client Services Associate

Client Services Associate - Central Intake Team Jefferson at Home by BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Voorhees, NJ home health office. This position is on site in Voorhees, NJ Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm .  Through hands-on experience and mentorship, Client Services Associates gain valuable exposure to all aspects of referral management, client services, scheduling and staffing — preparing them for future growth opportunities within the organization. Responsibilities: Coordinate and assist with managing client services, scheduling, and staffing needs Act as the first point of contact for new referrals Support field staff in delivering high-quality home health services Assist with various administrative tasks  Foster positive communication and engagement with field employees Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within company systems Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Customer service experience preferred Home health office experience a plus Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships Ambition to grow professionally and advance within the organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer/data entry skills Comfortable with phone communication and relationship-building outreach BAYADA Offers: Jefferson at Home by BAYADA Home Health Care offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Base salary: $45,000-$50,000 Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Direct deposit Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career growth and development opportunities To learn more about our benefits, click here As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
