Conduct Onsite Inspections and Identify Fleet Management Best Practices Coordinates geotechnical and other support to produce client reports in timely manner Demonstrate initiative and independence to det priorities and completes work assignments in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner. Ensures that procedure is being followed and checks on safety features of the project during the time it is being completed Evaluates and reviews design and field engineering changes during construction; ensures work quality and adherence to specifications; and performs related duties as assigned Field Investigations: Study and determine the cause and origin of construction defects or structural failures Help develop and provide support for best practices and innovative solutions to improve capacity, cost, and quality Help stakeholders produce and support the development of construction bid plans and documents, writing roadway design reports, preparing construction cost estimates & design specifications, as well as coordinating with our clients Helps follow land use laws and regulations every step of the way\ Maintain capability and capacity to provide technical guidance and training to more junior staff as well as review the work of more junior staff Meet due dates assigned by FTA management and provides prompt responses, and periodic updates, as necessary or required, to internal and external requests for information or project review status.
