Civil Engineer (4 - 7 yrs)

The Phoenix office is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, technically minded  Civil Engineer  with four to seven plus years of experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects. We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from civil design projects through construction. Compensation and Benefits: Expected Base Salary: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 based on knowledge and experience. Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate. Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance. Hybrid work schedule (subject to change). 401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Certified Civil Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) required Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred Registration in Arizona preferred Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the design of commercial, office, mixed-use, residential, municipal, alternative energy, health care, higher education, and Federal projects, including design of: Grading and drainage Underground utilities Site layouts ADA design Stormwater management Battery energy storage systems (BESS) Interfacing with a multi-discipline design team Technical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping documents, preparation and processing of public improvement and grading plans, and earthwork calculations Experience coordinating with a multi-discipline design team Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D Specification preparation experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills Ability to foster long term client relationships Arizona experience and relationships a plus This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
