About the Role Our client, a rapidly growing alternative investment manager, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner closely with the CEO in building the operational infrastructure needed to support the firm's next phase of growth. This executive will lead the firm's operational strategy, governance framework, and business infrastructure, ensuring the organization is positioned to scale efficiently across multiple investment strategies. The ideal candidate combines institutional investment management experience with a proven ability to build processes, optimize operations, and translate strategic vision into disciplined execution. This is a highly visible leadership role offering broad responsibility across operations, technology, finance, risk, investor operations, and organizational development.
