Our team partners with Virtual Nursing to provide innovative, patient-centered care and support bedside nurses. What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will: Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care Develop and coordinate individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Promote patient safety and quality outcomes Mentor and support fellow nursing colleagues Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current Iowa RN license (or Illinois RN license if applicable) BLS required within 3 months of hire ACLS required within 3 months of hire BSN preferred Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care Why MercyOne?
