Change Management Analytics Intern

NiSource Internship Program Introduction  NiSource is currently seeking a Summer Change Management Analytics Intern. Successful applicants will become integral members of the department while learning within a team environment, completing meaningful tasks and collaborating with team members and leaders on important projects. Interns will obtain a broad overview of NiSource's operations and current events in the utilities industry. This is a 12-week summer internship program starting in May 2027, for students entering their junior or senior year in fall 2027. The role is based in Columbus, OH. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the reporting location to be eligible. Interns will obtain a broad overview of NiSource's operations and current events in the utilities industry.   Required Qualifications   For   Position   Currently enrolled in an accredited university with major in related discipline such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics,   Data Modeling    Completion of intermediate-level coursework   Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher   Team oriented   Self-motivated with drive for results   Time management skills Business acumen and   problem solving   skills   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills   Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment   Solid organizational skills and attention to detail   Advanced experience with Excel   Experience with Power BI   Experience creating Dashboards   Experience   or coursework   with data modeling    Experience with data visualization, survey analysis, and data cleaning and validation   Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position   Experience in an office environment   Workday experience   Data Analytics coursework   AI/Copilot experience   SQL   Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform   Physical Demands   The preceding description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities required of the position.
