The Customer Delivery Executive is required Onsite (Hybrid) at New York or New Jersey Location.  The Customer Delivery Executive (CDE) is accountable for end-to-end service delivery, client relationship management, and operational excellence across multiple service domains. This role ensures consistent delivery against contractual commitments, drives customer satisfaction, and leads cross-functional teams to meet business and financial objectives. Role Responsibilities: Ticket Management and meeting SLAs Reporting, Budgeting, Cost management and Invoicing Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reviews with the Customer Staffing / Resource Management Address Customer escalations The role manages all Service / Practice domains (e.g. Infrastructure, Cloud & Security, End User Services, Applications, BPO, Data & Analytics, Consulting Establish and maintain positive client relationships with clients, executive and managerial level clients Managing programs, projects, and providing direction and guidance in adhering to client and internal delivery processes, frameworks, workflows and requirements. Support New Business Opportunities Provides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function or work area Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations Accomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate manager and Matrixed resources Integrates deep professional understanding and subject matter expertise Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers Uses experience, innovation and judgement to make decisions Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, managed services, or client-facing delivery roles 5+ years in leadership or managerial roles overseeing cross-functional or multi-tower teams Proven experience managing end-to-end service delivery in complex, enterprise environments Preferred Skills, Qualifications, & Competencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Advanced organizational and time management skills Ability to develop and execute complex operational and strategic plans Strong decision-making skills using experience, data, and business judgment Experience working within large global service providers or managed services environments (e.g., NTT DATA-type model) Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks Experience supporting business growth, renewals, or new deal pursuits Work Environment Ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite in New York or New Jersey) Willingness to engage closely with client teams and leadership in a high-visibility delivery role Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $121,1260 - $269,000) This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
