Provide project leadership during design reviews, technical coordination meetings, integration activities, testing, commissioning, and system acceptance.
Manage and coordinate the activities of consultants, contractors, suppliers, system integrators, and other project partners.
Identify project risks, technical challenges, interface issues, and schedule impacts and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies.
Monitor project progress against contractual requirements, milestones, budgets, and schedules.
Support change management, cost management, project controls, and documentation associated with complex systems projects.
Maintain effective communication with clients, agency stakeholders, project leadership, technical teams, contractors, and suppliers.
