As a Capital Markets Managing Director within PNC's Financial Institutions Group, you will be based in New York, NY or Philadelphia, PA.
Licenses: SIE, FINRA series 7, 63 and 79 licenses, or must acquire licenses within 120 days.
Preferences:
Experience networking and relationship building with financial institutions including Executives
Well versed in knowledge regarding economic, market, banking and regulatory topics
Experience in developing business and managing relationships with
community and regional banks in the local market
Self-motivated with the ability to network successfully and convert prospects into clients
Experience advising banks regarding bank balance sheet strategies and capital
markets. products (hedging, fixed income, capital and liquidity, and loan portfolio
sales/purchases)

Job Description Responsible for a team sales professionals to drive sales activities and strategies for a specific product(s) or transaction(s) and managing and developing select client relationships. Provides superior client experience. Ensures compliance with risk and regulatory requirements. May assist Senior Leadership with the strategic planning for the group.
Partners with sales team, relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver complex capital markets solutions to our clients.
Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships. Allocates client coverage to optimize alignment.
Coordinates the execution of sales and marketing strategies including new product development, structuring, and distribution, to maximize sales and new business activity.
Continually develops knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Enforces compliance with policies and regulations. Provides coaching and leadership to develop the line of business.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $169,400.00 – $343,200.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
