We’re a rapidly growing dental network with a clear vision for the future, and we need dedicated team members like YOU to help us reach our goals.  📆Schedule:  First 30 days for training: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Full-Time Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm  💵Compensation: $18-$19/hour depending on experience ✅Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k matching, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and EAP. 📖 What You’ll Do: Answer  inbound calls  from new and existing patients Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between offices and staff Assist patients by answering questions, transferring calls, and updating account information Work with multiple dental systems to efficiently manage appointment schedules Maintain call quality standards and meet call center KPIs Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring every patient feels valued 📍Qualifications: 1+ years of recent experience as a  Call Center Representative  or in an administrative role Minimum typing speed of  40 WPM Medical setting experience is a plus but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills A  passion  for customer service and helping others!
