Your responsibilities will include: Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers Scheduling service appointments accurately and efficiently Demonstrating empathy and professionalism with every interaction Educating customers on our services, including membership plans Making outbound calls to support appointment setting and customer follow-up Meeting performance goals around call quality, bookings, and customer satisfaction We’ll provide thorough training and coaching to ensure you feel confident and supported from day one.
