In this role, you will oversee enterprise and public sector client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational success. This is a senior-level position requiring proven experience managing contact center client accounts. Experience in both contact center operations and client services or account management is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and confident presenter who excels at building strong professional relationships. You should demonstrate a high level of ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and a results-driven work ethic. This is a full-time, office-based position with up to 20% travel required. As the primary point of contact between the client and MCI's operations and shared services teams, you will manage day-to-day client relationships, lead strategic planning initiatives, oversee change management, ensure process compliance, and drive high-quality service delivery. The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities: Requires 10+ years of experience Must have the ability to learn customer service software applications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products Experience managing complex business process Effective communication skills Problem-solving and analytical ability Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 18 years of age Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma, and project management certification are a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
