As R&D Engineering Team Lead, you will build and guide a newly established R&D team in Alamo, playing a key role in advancing bushing technologies that power reliable energy systems worldwide. This is a unique chance to shape the direction of local R&D while contributing to global product roadmaps, working closely with colleagues across engineering, manufacturing, laboratories, and Hitachi Research Centers.  You will balance people leadership and hands-on technical contribution, creating an environment where curiosity, safety, and high performance thrive. From early-stage ideas through prototype manufacturing and testing, your influence will ensure projects are delivered with quality, speed, and impact.
