Building Engineer II

The Building Engineer II is responsible for the independent operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of commercial building systems. This position performs preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, life safety, and building automation systems while ensuring equipment reliability, tenant comfort, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Building Engineer II serves as a technical resource for engineering staff, coordinates with vendors and contractors, supports capital improvement projects, and assists building management in maintaining safe and efficient facility operations. Pay:  $36 - $39 hourly The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
