Bridge Project Manager

Overview Kimley-Horn's Indianapolis, Indiana (IN) office is seeking a Structural Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join their Bridge Structures team! This is not a remote position. Responsibilities Serve as project manager or technical lead for structural engineering projects Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client expectations across projects Develop scopes, fees, schedules, proposals, and pursuit materials while supporting client relationships Mentor staff, delegate effectively, and support development of junior engineers and emerging leaders Coordinate across teams, offices, and disciplines to deliver consistent, high-quality project outcomes Participate in office growth, practice development, and firm initiatives  Qualifications 8+ years of relevant engineering design experience Professional Engineering (P.E.) License (or ability to obtain within 12 months) Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup with some ability to produce drawings and details, when needed Knowledge and experience in structural analysis and design software, such as STAAD, RAM, E-Tabs, MathCAD, TEDDS, ADAPT PT, and other structural related design software Strong sense of urgency and self-discipline to meet client deadlines Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of projects concurrently Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills with a continuous mindset on personal and staff development Positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic     Why Kimley-Horn?
