In this role, you will represent the company at promotional activities, community events, campaigns, and customer-facing initiatives. You will introduce people to our brand, communicate key information clearly, answer questions, and help create engaging experiences that strengthen brand recognition. Responsibilities Represent Skillbridge Academy in a professional and positive manner. Engage with prospective customers and members of the public. Communicate information about the company, programs, services, and promotional initiatives. Support brand awareness and customer engagement activities. Participate in promotional events, campaigns, presentations, and community initiatives. Build positive relationships with potential customers. Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information. Assist the team in achieving promotional and engagement goals. Maintain a strong understanding of the Skillbridge Academy brand and its services. Provide feedback regarding customer interactions and campaign performance. Collaborate with team members to create a consistent and professional customer experience. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, friendly, and professional personality.
