Top performers can earn up to $70,000 annually in combined hourly + bonus!   Position Overview:   SPF Screens & Awnings is seeking energetic and engaging Brand Ambassadors to be the face of SPF inside the Home Improvement section of BJ’s Wholesale Club as well as local Home Shows, Trade Shows in the community. Working from a fully branded SPF setup — complete with a company laptop, displays, and swag — you will connect with BJ’s members and event attendees, introduce them to our screen and awning products, and book in-home consultation appointments with interested customers.   This position plays a key role in driving new business by creating positive first impressions and generating qualified appointments.   What we offer   Competitive base pay of $15-$18/hr. plus weekly appointment bonus opportunity – Earning potential $50,000 - $70,000/year   $500 training pay (upon successful completion)   Medical, Dental, Vision insurance (*Eligible after 60 days of employment)   96 hours PTO accrued   40 hours sick time accrued   401K 6% match (*Eligible after 1 month of employment)   Opportunity to work in a fun, dynamic environment   Growth potential within a growing company   Key Responsibilities:   Serve as the face of SPF Screens & Awnings at our branded setup in the BJ’s Wholesale Home Improvement section   Represent SPF at local Home Shows and Trade Shows as scheduling and events allow, engaging a broader public audience   Proactively engage BJ’s members in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner   Educate potential clients about our products and services   Book in-home consultation appointments with interested customers using the company-provided laptop   Distribute SPF swag and keep the branded display stocked, organized, and inviting   Track leads and appointments generated during each shift   Qualifications:   Extremely outgoing, engaging, and energetic — comfortable approaching and working with the general public   Strong communication and interpersonal skills   Self-motivated and goal-oriented   Organized and dependable for scheduled in-club shifts   Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends as needed   Availability to work afternoons and weekends.
