As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll play an important role in providing structure, encouragement, and support to individuals receiving substance use disorder treatment services. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating educational and recovery-focused groups, assisting with client transportation, conducting urine drug screens (UAs), and helping maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. You'll work alongside counselors, nurses, and other behavioral health professionals while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the behavioral health field. No two days are exactly alike, and you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact throughout each shift. How You'll Make a Difference...
