Behavioral Health CNA

Overview Shifts Available: Days Employment Type: Full-time Hours: 12-hour shifts - 7:00am to 7:00pm Location: St Joseph Medical Center – Kansas City, MO We are seeking a Behavioral Health CNA, also referred to as a Psychiatric Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Mental Health CNA. A Behavioral Health CNA or Mental Health CNA provides care for patients with mental health or behavioral challenges by assisting with daily activities, monitoring behaviors, and promoting a safe, supportive environment. They collaborate with the healthcare team to offer emotional support, identify changes in patient condition, and assist in de-escalating potentially critical situations.
