What You'll Do Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism at our Dublin center (paid training provided) Teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills one-on-one and in small groups – yes, a lot of it looks like play Collect data during sessions to track each child's progress Share progress updates with your supervising BCBA and team Communicate clearly and warmly with clients, families, and colleagues Follow all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards Attend trainings and team meetings to keep building your skills Schedule Part-time, Monday–Friday afternoons, 2:00–6:00 PM Weekend availability not required but a plus if centers offer Saturday Session to clients Great fit for students seeking consistent hours during the semester What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (current college students and recent grads encouraged to apply!)
