Position Summary We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our growing clinical team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building relationships with families, mentoring behavior technicians, and creating individualized treatment programs that make a lasting impact. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure high-quality ABA services. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Analyze treatment data and adjust programming as needed Provide parent and caregiver training Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Participate in insurance authorizations and treatment plan reviews Collaborate with physicians, schools, therapists, and other providers Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code Support a positive, collaborative clinical culture Qualifications Required Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Connecticut Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility to obtain one) Fluent in both English and Spanish Reliable transportation for travel within Connecticut Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Preferred Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Experience supervising RBTs Familiarity with electronic data collection systems such as CentralReach, Rethink, or Catalyst Experience working with insurance-funded ABA services What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling Administrative support so you can focus on clinical care Manageable caseloads Opportunities for professional growth and leadership Collaborative and supportive clinical team Ongoing professional development Technology and documentation support The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families across Connecticut Our Commitment Behavior Stars ABA is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every employee feels respected, valued, and supported.
