Here’s what you’ll be doing: Stocking in new vehicles and making journal entries to input vehicle specifications and cost data into accounting system Processing payments to purchase used vehicles from auctions, wholesalers and individuals Processing certifications for used vehicles and processing dealer transfers Additional tasks may include: preparing checks, filing, and other general administrative duties Other duties as assigned Here’s what you’ll need: Minimum 1 year of general office experience, superior customer service skills, proficiency in data entry, cash handling, multi-line phone and 10-key Accounting and/or automotive experience using accounting software experience preferred High School diploma required Valid in-state driver’s license We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (( We Hear You ))
