Here's what you'll be doing: Respond to internet leads in a timely manner Answer internet customer initial questions Transition internet sales leads to sales consultants and assist with follow-up Manage and train internet sales team Respond to email inquiries utilizing established procedures Monitor staff productivity and quota levels and recommend training to improve results Make out-bound calls to potential customers to solicit appointments Other duties as assigned Here’s what you’ll need: 2 to 3 years of internet experience in a dealership environment Prior experience in leading a team or internet department required Previous sales floor experience a plus Must be able to provide references upon request Proficient with Microsoft Office products Excellent written and verbal communication skills High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer ((  We Hear You  ))
