As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team. Compensation & Benefits for Behavior Technician •$ 22-$28/hour Direct Therapy rate • Fully paid training (no experience required) • RBT certification support + exam reimbursement • Flexible part-time schedules (15–30 hours/week) • Mileage reimbursement between sessions • Clear career path: Behavior Technician → Mid-level→ BCBA
