Associate Vice Chancellor of Facilities & Services

Duties & Responsibilities Provide executive leadership and overall responsibility for Facilities & Services’ budget, strategic direction, operations, ten divisions, and diverse workforce, ensuring the coordinated delivery of facilities, infrastructure, and services that support the university’s learning, discovery, engagement, and economic development missions. Collaborate with university leadership to develop a long-term strategic vision for the campus physical environment, including the campus master plan and utilities enterprise. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across and beyond the university, including university leaders, faculty, staff, students, vendors, and community partners. Advance diversity and inclusion through workforce recruitment and retention, vendor selection, and community engagement. Lead the university’s efforts to steward environmental resources and advance sustainable facilities and operations.
