Associate Salesforce Data 360 / Marketing Cloud Specialist

Penrod is seeking an Associate Salesforce Data 360/ Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our growing Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud practice. This functional-technical role is designed for an early-career professional or a Salesforce Admin, Marketing Cloud consultant looking to evolve into Data 360. You will execute hands-on configuration and delivery tasks that a Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Lead has architected and scoped: building data streams, data mapping, identity resolution rulesets, configuring calculated insights, activating segments, and building journeys and automations according to documented designs. This is a foundational delivery role: you work under the direction and mentorship of a Lead Consultant or Architect, building deep platform skills while contributing real, billable work on client engagements. This role is a launchpad into Penrod's growing Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud practice within Health & Life Sciences. You will work directly alongside experienced Leads and Architects, build in-demand platform skills on real client engagements, and grow along a defined path toward Consultant and Lead-level ownership.
