About the Role You will serve as an experienced individual contributor responsible for delivering projects that influence departmental performance and operational outcomes. In this role, you will apply sound judgment to solve moderately complex business and process challenges while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with established practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help develop less experienced colleagues. Success is measured through project delivery, process effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence. What You Will Be Doing • Manage projects and initiatives that support departmental goals and measurable business outcomes • Analyze operational challenges and implement effective solutions using data and sound judgment • Execute routine to moderately complex assignments with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and system effectiveness • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely and effective results • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues when appropriate • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to relevant stakeholders • Support the development and adoption of best practices, standards, and procedures • Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day support to less experienced team members • Ensure activities are completed in alignment with organizational policies, controls, and objectives What you will need:   • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills, training, and relevant experience • Demonstrated experience managing projects, initiatives, or operational workstreams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines and quality expectations • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while contributing to team success • Experience supporting process transformation or continuous improvement initiatives • Familiarity with project management frameworks, tools, and reporting techniques • Experience mentoring, training, or coaching team members • Knowledge of financial services, fintech, or regulated business environments • Strong data analysis and business reporting capabilities What We Offer you At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
