The role is responsible for the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the commercial channel infrastructure supporting CAR T therapy delivery. This role provides leadership for distribution, third-party logistics (3PL), specialty pharmacy strategy, state licensing, government pricing support, and channel governance activities. The position partners closely with Market Access, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and customer-focused channel operations that support current and future CAR T commercialization efforts. Department: Commercial Location:  Remote eligible Reports To: VP, Global Market Access The national salary range for this position is from $190,000 to $230,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in Company’s stock plan.
