Our established West Side San Antonio practice has a strong PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base, a modern 5-operatory office, experienced support staff, and a steady flow of patients. This is an opportunity to step into an established practice and make it your own— without having to build a patient base from scratch or manage the day-to-day business responsibilities of practice ownership. . Specific benefits will generally perform better than simply saying "comprehensive benefits."] Who We're Looking For We're looking for a General Dentist who: Holds a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Has an active Texas dental license or is eligible to obtain one Is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care Communicates well with patients and team members Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients Is comfortable working collaboratively and leading by example Wants to grow with an established practice 3+ years of clinical experience is preferred, but we encourage exceptional dentists who may not yet have three years of experience to apply.
