Whether you're an experienced Assistant Manager or a strong Shift Leader ready to advance, you'll help lead our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. You'll be coached and developed, not just handed a key ring. Pay & Schedule $15–$19 per hour , based on experience and certifications Full-time and part-time opportunities (minimum 20 hours per week availability) Evening and weekend availability required What You'll Do Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards Coach, train, and develop team members Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards Manage cash, deposits, inventory, and shift paperwork Work alongside your team preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed What You Bring Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be 18 or older and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred, but not required What We Offer Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Hands-on leadership training with a structured level certification program , clear milestones, and leadership sign offs Career advancement opportunities from Assistant Manager to General Manager and beyond Benefit eligibility varies based on employment status and applicable plan requirements.
