Assistant Manager Licensing, Business Development

Do you love Pop Culture? Are you organized, passionate, and detail-oriented? Hot Topic, Inc. is looking for a Licensing Assistant Manager to support our in-house licensed business! This role requires strong knowledge of licensing, solid project management skills, and excellent communication abilities, as it serves as the liaison between internal teams and external licensing partners. Overseeing 4-5 major partners and up to 30 smaller partners, you'll drive the fandom into our product! Cool, right? This role operates on a hybrid schedule and will require to work from our HQ located in the City of Industry, CA three days a week. Our company participates in E-Verify. E-Verify is a program that electronically confirms a candidate’s eligibility to work in the United States after completing the Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9). The information provided on the Form I-9 is compared to the records contained in the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) databases. This helps employers verify the identity and employment eligibility of newly hired employees.
