As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of the store by leading team members, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and helping drive store performance. You'll work alongside the General Manager to create a positive work environment while ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and quality products. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading and supervising team members during assigned shifts. Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns. Maintaining company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Managing cash handling, deposits, and inventory control. Assisting with scheduling, labor management, and staffing needs. Coaching, training, and developing team members. Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards. Monitoring store performance, productivity, and profitability. Opening and closing the store as scheduled. Completing required paperwork, reports, and daily operational tasks. Assisting with food preparation, customer orders, stocking, and cleaning as needed. General Duties General duties include, but are not limited to: Operating all store equipment safely and efficiently. Preparing food according to Domino's quality standards. Receiving and processing customer orders. Managing inventory and completing required paperwork. Stocking ingredients and supplies. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assisting in all areas of store operations as needed. Training Paid, on-the-job training is provided. Training includes: Leadership and team development. Store operations and daily management. Food safety and sanitation standards. Inventory, labor, and cash management. Customer service and conflict resolution. Company policies and operational procedures. Communication Skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Essential Skills Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately. Ability to handle cash and make correct change. Basic computer and touchscreen proficiency. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Job Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older . Previous management or leadership experience is required (restaurant or retail experience preferred). Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather. Must be willing and able to open and close the store. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, organized, and able to multitask under pressure. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS , including, but not limited to the following: Standing Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking For short distances for short durations Sitting Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table Lifting · Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. · Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. · Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high. Carrying · Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. · Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30
