In this role, you'll work collaboratively with store management to oversee daily operations, lead a talented team, and maintain our commitment to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards Lead, motivate, and support team members in a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development Manage shift operations efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, while maintaining attention to detail Handle cash management, financial transactions, and reconciliation with accuracy and transparency Assist in inventory management, supply ordering, and stock rotation to optimize store resources Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-focused approach Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to food safety and health standards Participate in food preparation and delivery processes as needed to support team operations Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies, analyze performance metrics, and achieve organizational goals Train, develop, and mentor new team members, providing constructive feedback and support for their career growth Assist in scheduling, payroll management, and workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels Demonstrate resilience and decisive problem-solving in fast-paced, high-pressure situations Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure transparency and alignment on objectives Proven experience in food service or retail management (preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly, positive, and empathetic attitude Proficiency in cash handling, basic math skills, and financial accuracy Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with decisive decision-making skills Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and other store technology platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics effectively Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination Food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain food safety certification High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to an inclusive team environment
