You'll oversee day-to-day property operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with JLL's operational standards while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. What your day-to-day will look like: Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life/safety systems, landscaping, and building management systems to ensure optimal building performance Manage the complete work order lifecycle using AI-powered CMMS systems, from creation through completion and reporting, while optimizing resource allocation and response times Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams through effective communication, active listening, and collaborative problem-solving Support annual operating budget development and monthly variance reporting, ensuring accuracy in vendor invoice coding and timely payment processing Conduct property tours and inspections, request proposals from contractors, and oversee all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with JLL and client procurement policies Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly, implementing corrective actions to address challenges and exceed performance targets Support facility soft services including meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badging while delivering excellent customer service Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent education Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing commercial facilities as a third-party provider, corporate facilities team, or consultant At least 1 year of people management or supervisory experience in the facilities management industry Demonstrated experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) with ability to quickly adopt new technologies including AI-powered facility management tools Strong knowledge of applicable financial and accounting principles as they apply to commercial property management Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical property inspections Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and build consensus Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems including operation and maintenance principles Experience implementing and monitoring hazard control, team safety practices, and compliance with local codes and regulations Proven track record of leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies for energy optimization, space utilization analytics, and predictive maintenance Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports using data analytics and visualization tools to provide actionable insights Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively and organize competing priorities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives Experience fostering cultures of continuous improvement and encouraging teams to embrace innovative technologies and collaborative approaches Location: Los Angeles, CA Work Shift: 08 Hour Day - 1st Shift/Morning Shift This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Expected compensation for this position: 75,000.00 – 83,000.00 USD per year Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
