You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.   The Assistant Director, Legal Transformation & Enablement leads Telix's legal operations, technology enablement, process optimization, and contracting infrastructure function. This role serves as the strategic bridge between Telix Legal & Compliance and enterprise functions — translating legal and business requirements into scalable systems, workflows, and data-driven processes that enable the department to operate at scale while reducing reliance on external counsel. The role combines hands-on commercial contracts and procurement legal competency with structured legal transformation leadership, including direct ownership of legal technology platform architecture and integrations (Contract Lifecycle Management, e-billing, artificial intelligence tools), process-improvement methodology, vendor management, change management, and departmental metrics/key performance indicator reporting. The role manages the Legal Operations Specialist, United States and is central to the legal function's insourcing thesis (targeting 15-25% outside counsel spend reduction funded through productivity gains and artificial intelligence-enabled efficiency). Lead AI-enabled legal workflows and agent design and management, approved prompt libraries, and artificial intelligence-assisted contract review/drafting with appropriate human oversight and privacy/security controls; proactively identify, test, and deploy new artificial intelligence capabilities to streamline legal operations. Partner with Information Technology and enterprise technology teams to translate legal operations requirements into system specifications, user stories, workflows, and integration requirements for Contract Lifecycle Management and adjacent legal technology platforms (e.g., e-billing, matter management, CRM/enterprise resource planning integrations). Collaborate with Information Technology and vendors through the full technology delivery lifecycle — requirements gathering, design, testing/user acceptance testing, and production rollout — ensuring legal technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with legal, risk, and governance standards. Own and mature the department's legal operations metrics and key performance indicator reporting, including contract cycle-time, outside-counsel spend visibility, contracting throughput, self-service adoption, and legal department satisfaction metrics, to inform continuous improvement decisions and report results to the Group General Counsel. Implement and manage e-billing, matter taxonomy, outside counsel guidelines, spend reporting, and budget forecasting for legal technology and enablement initiatives to drive measurable outside counsel spend reduction. Lead structured change management and organizational adoption programs for new legal processes and technology — including communications planning, targeted training, stakeholder feedback loops, and adoption tracking — to ensure sustained utilization across the legal function and business partner community. Build and maintain scalable contracting infrastructure: playbooks, escalation matrices, fallback positions, and legal front-door processes for high-volume commercial and procurement contracting; apply structured process-improvement methodology to identify and eliminate inefficiencies. Manage vendor relationships and budgets for legal technology and enablement tools, including Contract Lifecycle Management, e-billing, artificial intelligence platforms, and related services; develop business cases and return-on-investment models for technology investments proportionate to Telix's lean, cost-disci
